In order to process your order, we will require you to register and provide the following: your name, your address, your telephone number, your e-mail address, credit / debit card number and card expiry date. Without this information we will not be able to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order. Your details will be stored in our secure database and will be used only for quicker ordering when you re-visit our site and log in, using a secure password. You will not need to re-enter your details each time you order unless they change. A contact telephone number will also be required so that we may contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. We may, unless you advise us otherwise pass this information to our couriers in case they need to contact you to arrange the processing or delivery of your order. Your number will never be given out for marketing purposes.

We feel confident that credit card information entered on our site will not be accessed by any unauthorised person or company. All this information is sent to us using our secure web server and you will notice that on the page where we take your credit card details there will be a ‘s’ attached to http on the web address box at the top of the page (https:) and a small padlock or key just above the tool bar at the bottom of the page (for IE6 users) or just next to the address bar at the top (for IE7 users). This indicates you are communicating with our server in secure mode so all your information will be encrypted when it is sent to us and only Milk and Honey will be able to access it.
